Requirements
Active Klaviyo account
Klaviyo installed on your Shopify store
At least one Klaviyo segment created
Triom admin access
Connecting Klaviyo
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings in Triom
Click Integrations
Find Klaviyo in the list
Step 2: Authorize Connection
Click Connect Klaviyo
You'll be redirected to Klaviyo
Log in if prompted
Review permissions requested
Click Authorize
Step 3: Verify Connection
Return to Triom automatically
Status should show Connected
Your Klaviyo segments are synced automatically
Using Klaviyo Segments in Data Rules
Once connected, Klaviyo segments appear as conditions in Data Rules.
Creating a Segment-Based Rule
Open your widget > Settings > Data Rules
Add a new condition
Select Klaviyo Segment
Choose the segment:
is in- Customer belongs to segmentis not in- Customer doesn't belong
Available Segments
After connecting, all your Klaviyo segments appear in Triom, including:
Custom segments you've created
Default Klaviyo segments
Dynamic segments (updated in real-time)
Displaying Reviews in Widgets
Klaviyo also provides product reviews. You can display Klaviyo review data in your widgets.
Enabling Review Display
Open your widget in the editor
Go to the Integrations tab
Toggle Klaviyo Reviews to on
Review Display Options
After enabling Klaviyo Reviews, a Reviews section appears in the Design tab where you can customize how reviews appear.
Available Options:
Option | Description | Values |
Rating Style | How to display the rating | Stars, Numeric, Stars & Numeric |
Show Review Count | Display number of reviews | On/Off |
Position | Where reviews appear on product card | Below Title, Below Price |
Filled Star Color | Color for filled stars | Any color (default: #FFB800) |
Empty Star Color | Color for empty stars | Any color (default: #E0E0E0) |
Star Size | Size of star icons | Small, Medium, Large |
Review Count Color | Color for review count text | Any color (default: #6B7280) |
Text Size | Size of review count text | Small, Medium, Large |
Note: Products without Klaviyo reviews will not display any review information.
Disabling Klaviyo Reviews
To stop showing Klaviyo reviews in a widget:
Open your widget in the editor
Go to the Integrations tab
Toggle Klaviyo Reviews to off

No email content or PII beyond what's needed

Data transmitted over encrypted connections
No storage of raw email addresses
Follows Klaviyo and Shopify data policies
Disconnecting Klaviyo
If you need to disconnect:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Klaviyo
Click Disconnect
Confirm disconnection
What happens:
Segment conditions become unavailable
Existing Klaviyo segment conditions will evaluate to false
Historical data is retained
Can reconnect anytime
